First published in 1903 in England, As A Man Thinketh is still considered a classic among “self-help” books.

         James Allen was known for his philosophical writings and was an eminent writer in the self-help genre. Over 100 years after its publication, this short book still influences many people today. With this book, he drew from a variety of sources as diverse as The King James Bible to Buddhist teachings.
